Usage of conveyor belt

In transportation and storage, the conveyor belt should be kept clean, avoid direct sunlight or rain or snow immersion, prevent contact with acid, alkali, oil and other organic solvents, and be at least one meter away from the heating source;

During storage, the temperature in the warehouse should be kept between -18℃ and 40℃, and the relative temperature should be kept between 50% and 80%.

Conveyor belts of different types and specifications should not be connected together, and the joints should be glued together.

The type, structure, specification and number of layers of the conveyor belt should be selected reasonably according to the use conditions;

1. Avoid the idler being covered by materials, resulting in the failure of rotation, and prevent material leakage from getting stuck between the roller and the tape. Pay attention to the lubrication of the moving part, but do not grease conveyor belt;

2. Avoid starting with load;

3. Timely measures shall be taken to correct any deviation of the adhesive tape;

4. Local damage of the conveyor belt should be repaired or replaced in time to avoid expansion.
